Job Description
• Receiving customer expected order or confirms Purchase Order (PO) via email or downloads from customer system.
• Follow up short lead time or urgent part and get confirmation from Production Planner for delivery date and reply to customer.
• Upload the expected order or confirm purchase order in system MERP.
• Issue job sheet to Production Planner
• Prepare DOIL (Daily Outgoing Item List) and pass to Warehouse Department.
• Follow to customer PO due date or JIT (Just In Time).
• To follow up goods are on time delivery any outstanding parts check with the Production Planner.
• To issue customer on service rendered Customer Service Assessment Form.
• Receive new/amendment artwork data/film/sample proofing/drawing from customer/marketing.
• Received Product Development Information Sheet (PDIS) from marketing and pass to CTP.
• After CTP received master card approval from customer or confirm product detail to fill in PDIS, will pass to CS
• CS will update PDIS system to TSMRS for job sheet issuing
• Update quotation pricing in system.
• To follow up customer requested sample submission date on time.
• To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as ad when required
Requirements
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma
• If does not have any experience, also will be considered because training will be provided
