Job Responsibilities
- Able to assist director to negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- represent Director at certain business appointments
- assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring the execution of plans
- Manage personal tasks for the Director
- Travel with Director for business trips
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including call screening, calendar management, meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and appointment reminders.
- Monitor deadlines
- Any ad hoc tasks to support the Director
Requirements
- At least a tertiary education
- Able to fluently read, write, & speak in both English & Mandarin
- Have business acumen
- Relevant secretary / personal assistant experience is an added advantage
