The Senior Account Executive will need to:
- Prospect for new business and outreach in a timely, strategic manner to inbound leads generated by marketing
- Develop and nurture relationships across key stakeholders in large enterprises in Malaysia and APAC
- Drive overall new business revenue / SaaS sales
- Take the lead in actively mapping out stakeholders and buying processes for key enterprises in FMCG / mall segment
- Ensure smooth transition of deals won to account management team
- Manage the full and complex sales cycle from identification through to close
- Prepare and present solution proposals; work collaboratively with product team to determine if solutions are achievable
- Accurately forecast pipeline and sales figures
- Partner with account management and product and marketing team to ensure synergies and to build up pipeline and relay product enhancement
