Join our team as a Sales Executive cum Interviewer to embark on an exciting journey to meet with Successful Personality to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes conducting interview, documenting the achievements and presenting the personality our exclusive range of products offering.

Responsibilties :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule an interview appointment with the personality and conduct the interview base on BPH standardize questionnaire 

- To conduct min 10 - 15 interviews monthly

- Product presentation & offering to the personality

- Drafting the biography & others in our CRM system

- Follow through with the personality

- Collaborate closely with the TMs to achieve personal target and company target as a whole

Requirements :

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field. 

2) Proven min 2 years sales experience 

3) Proficiency & Fluency in English is essential

4)  Fast Learner and passion for sales

5) Strong writing, interpersonal , communication & listening skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take the lead in connecting with potential customers via phone, showcasing our outstanding products/services, and employing your persuasive communication skills to ignite sales success. You'll be the driving force behind our sales endeavors, initiating conversations with potential customers, highlighting our impressive array of offerings, and leveraging your communication finesse to achieve thriving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in order to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage prospects, address their inquiries, and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales leads in the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to purchase.
• Stay informed about the latest product/service features and updates to provide customers with relevant information.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings to address customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum SPM
• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in an outbound campaign setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert prospects into customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail marketing team to support the marketing plan and achieve business objectives. 

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness of offline retail channels. 

• Collaborate with the sales and operation team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, training, product demonstration, offline advertising, and other marketing initiatives. 

• Work closely with the marketing and purchasing team to identify product trends, features, and benefits that resonate with our target audience. 

• Create and manage budgets for all marketing activities, ensuring that spending is in line with the overall business objectives. 

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, new opportunities, stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive activity by competitors in the consumer electronic industry. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, with a focus on offline marketing channels, preferably with a focus on consumer eletronics products.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. 

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive sales and brand awareness. 

• Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, and external partners. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
