Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Insurance Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on life insurance products, responsible to respond to customer inquiries and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote insurance products effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote BJAK Life Insurance products and services.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
• Listen empathetically to customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
• Close sales by effectively presenting the value of BJAK Life Insurance products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in Financial Advisor or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
