Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer / new market

• Maintain good business relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in any field
• 0 - 3 Years Experience
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (need to liaise with China), is an added advantage for Cantonese & Hokkien

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction works as per contract specifications and standards to ensure procedures are followed and materials used conform to specification and standard
• Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders
• Ensures all construction works are carried out in right sequence and well- coordinated.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project

Requirements

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Provide recommendations.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy in a timely manner.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management which includes but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of project to ensure successful completion of the project.
• Coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
• Provide feedback / presentation regarding project progress to senior management.
• Focus on the successful delivery of the project and manage all aspects of the construction programme
• Follow up with relevant authorities and consultants on approval of land matters, proposed layout, building plan, design proposals, tender documentation etc
• Lead and coordinate work amongst the project team

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structure/Architecture) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years work experience in interior design renovation field and computer literate
• Willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
