Job Main Responsibilities:
- To carry out and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency productivity.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage supply chain.
- Developing Operations procedures.
- To collaborate on team member training and coaching opportunities.
- To oversees Engineering team to ensure zero down time on machine or equipment at all time.
- To provide direction and motivation to production personnel focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and morale according to Company’s policies.
- To maintain good relations with suppliers to assure best pricing and quality.
- To maintain good proper recording and reporting is carry out by all related parties.
- To implement short and long term corrective actions for manufacturing problems.
- To assure that all production floors are run efficiently in order to maximize productivity at lowest cost possible, and consistently meeting budgetary and production planning inventory goals while achieving the highest quality standards.
- Planning and organising production schedules.
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Creating a timescale for production.
- Determining quality control standards and ensuring products are produced on time or projects completed within the deadline.
- Overseeing production processes.
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
- Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
- Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
- To carry out such duties as the Company may from time to time direct.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in production management, operations management, or similar.
- Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams.
- Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labour needed throughout the production process.
- Competence with computer-based administration, record-keeping, and procurement systems.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
- Knowledge of engineering and contruction related to steel is an advantages.
- Able to work under preassure.
