Duties
· Courier arrangement, send samples to customers – DHL & FedEx
· Liaison point for incoming and outgoing mails, delivery man, and vendors.
· Assist in office equipment servicing arrangement.
· Attending to phone calls and visitors (incl. serve drinks)
· Order and purchase office general items (Eg stationery / Food and drinks for pantry/office general items)
· Assist in Company Events together with teammate (Company BBQ, Annual Dinner, Welcome & Farewell Party)
· Assist in preparing letters and memos
· Updating of company forms for staff usage, organization chart, telephone list.
· Prepare Manpower surveys (SBF, MOM A*Star etc )
· Update door access card records (liaise with SECOM and update internal database)
· Check employee attendance ,leave and supporting documents.
· Filing and up-keeping of documents
· Upkeeping store room and office
· Hotel reservations and transport arrangements
· Restaurant Reservaton / order lunch for visitors
· Other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
· Candidate should possess O level or ITE certificate and above.
· Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel
· Fluent in English and Chinese
· able to start work from 3rd week of June 24 to Sep 24
