My client is a well established, exciting, thriving, market leader based in the beautiful countryside between Richmond and Darlington.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for helping to achieve the company's sales turnover. This includes on-time delivery and profit targets.
Working as part of the Sales Team, you will make sure projects are thoroughly administered and followed up whilst maintaining relationships with key accounts. You will work on both a new enquiry and returning customer basis.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Acting as first point of contact for on site visitors
- Ensuring enquiries both new and returning clients are actioned
- Requesting supplier pricing where applicable and providing quotes
- Manage and organise projects
- Assisting the team with general miscellaneous requirements
- Recording information as necessary
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers
- Work as part of a team towards a team target along with individual KPI contribution.
