Responsibilities:

Technology Project Manager with +6 years experience designing and implementing SAP Ariba-Buying solutions. Experience delivering multiple end-to-end projects for Ariba Buying, exposure to Asset Procurement, Catalogues and designing within a heavily regulated environment.

Requirements

· Solid understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture. - Solid understanding of both Object-Oriented concepts and the MVC paradigm.

· Minimum primary skill and other technical skill required Servlets, JSP, Struts, Spring MVC, MsSQl, JQuery, Java/J2EE

· Good communication and team handling skills

· Good analytical and presentation skills

· Knowledge on software architecture and multiple project methodologies: waterfall, agile, Scrum, et al.

· Good Communication skills and should be able to handle client communications

· Bachelor’s degree

· SAP hybris developer certification is a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex project/s throughout the global enterprise, leading project team members in the design, development, and delivery of technology and business solutions
• Work closely with the sponsors, resource managers, vendors, business and IT team, senior management and executives across different time-zones.
• Build schedules, establish communication plans, manage risks/issues, and measure or report project results
• Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives

Details:

• Defines project scope and objectives.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports
• Monitors and control (Manage) the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external partners on technical and non-technical matters.
• Conducts regular weekly and monthly project meetings and responsible for project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have (education & experience):

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, or related discipline with project management focus
• Master's Degree in one of the above discipline would be an advantage
• Strong Project Management experience, with PM Certifications (PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent).
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools would be a bonus
• At least 10 years working experience, with last 5 years in active project management roles
• Minimum 2 end-to-end IT (SAP) project implementation of global scale leading multi-disciplined cross-functional teams as the project manager
• Solid experience in SAP Finance processes will be advance
• Experience and good knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes of complex industrial equipment.
• Experience in working on global multi-cultural projects and successfully delivering projects in overseas locations
• Experience with requirements gathering, customer or stakeholder relationship management, issue and risk management, project and organizational change management and IT vendor and partner management
• Expected traveling: 10-30%
