The successful candidate will lead the education programme for schools, providers and parents of newly arrived migrant children. They will provide face to Face support with new migrant arrivals and in schools where they need education advice (largely due to new elements and lack of spoken and written English and cultural differences, including for SEND).
They will be preparing copy for the website, including supporting translation of copy for migrant home languages and be a member of the Migrant Partnership Team, working with various education teams including SEND EY, SEND school Transport, School Attendance, etc

Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area we are looking for experienced primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available. Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Teacher you will be able to work in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Primary Supply Teacher you will need to have qualified teacher status, or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
