The role
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within the department.

Main responsibilities:

One year (in the last 2 years) of experienced preferred in acute hospital or long term care setting. Must demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, strong computer skills and ability to multi-task. About The Role
This role supports the building's landlord and their management team by delivering a 5* meet-and-greet and creating a professional, friendly, first impression.

Managing the standard processes of 'front-of-house': post, couriers, contractors, general visitors and the associated access and signing-in procedures.

Working in a friendly, proactive, manner - using initiative to find ways of developing the occupiers-experience. Our staff will have the 'can do' approach and will work very effectively with letting agents, building management and other property professionals.

Managing reception:
