- You promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all L&D operational matters and people agenda.
- You will be contributing and supporting the country L&D agenda by working closely with all stores’ L&D Managers.
- You will be an active contributor in the formulation, communication and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies, tools and programs in close cooperation with HR Generalist.
- You actively promote the implementation of the regional training calendar in close co-operation with the regional competence hub and the functional L&D specialists.
- You support the implementation of a local and regional pool of trainers of programs in the training calendar.
- You actively contribute and secure the process of performance evaluation & development talk, and talent review process in partnership with the HR Generalist.
- You ensure investments and budget for all learning activities with clear goal settings and follow up.
- You are responsible for the digital training records and relevant reports.
- You secure the co-operations with the external partners within L&D area i.e. Universities, Poly techniques and other institutions.
