JOB PURPOSE
Plan and implement programmes and activities for women aged 40 and above to help them age and live well.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
· Reports to the Manager, Programme and Volunteer Management, and supports the strategic planning and directions of WINGS Programme Committee.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify programmes and activities beneficial to women aged 40 years and above
· Support the Programme Manager in co-designing and developing courses with potential trainers/vendors based on client needs
· Conduct periodic assessment to evaluate programme learning effectiveness
· Keep proper records of programmes and track participation for reporting to management and grantors
. Plan, schedule and promote approved programmes and activities
· Manage course registration matters upon confirmation of course schedule
· Coordinate the schedule of National Silver Academy (NSA) funded and non-NSA- funded programmes
. Respond to client enquiries
· Process client payment and ensure timely and accurate submission to Finance
. Liaise with vendors on administrative and finance matters such as updates on course enrolment, conducting online survey, invoicing and payment matters
· Follow-up with new partners/trainers and all contractual matters
· Co-ordinate and work closely with corporate clients
· Maintain confidentially in all administrative matters including Clients/Associates’ PDPA requirements
· Any other duties assigned by the Board, Executive Director and Manager in relation to organisational needs.
