Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handles enquiries from members and the public pertaining to membership as well as other aspects of the Club.

2. Conducts Club tours and co-ordinates buying and selling of memberships via the Matching Services. Carries out the membership transactions.

3. Assists in all membership applications eg New Transfer, Resignation, Application for Car Decal, Application for Golf Bag Tag etc.

4. Assists in organising New Members’ Night for new members.

5. Assists in organising the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting, prepares documents, handles logistic and staff briefings.

II. Major Functions:

We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Operations Executive to join our team, with a primary focus on managing our Know Your Donor (KYD) process. This role involves conducting thorough Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) checks, documenting outcomes, and ensuring all donor data is accurately inputted into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as per the directives of the line manager.
