Citi’s US in-house creative agency is looking for a Quality Assurance Sr Manager to manage the team’s proofreading services and deliver a great user experience across multiple platforms.
This position requires an innovative approach and out of the box ideas to reinforce on-brand style and consistency for customer communications in both digital and print.

Key Responsibilities:
This team handles high volume projects on tight schedules, so speed and accuracy are key. You’ll support a wide range of communications, from print to digital assets. You’ll be charged with maintaining the Citi Style and Reference Guide, which aggregates brand guidelines and best practices into one document. You’ll work closely with creative team members to deliver error-free, grammatically perfect assets to our clients.
The Quality Assurance Lead Sr Manager is responsible for:
QA’ing Dynamic Content Optimization projects, ensuring all 150+ assets contain the correct copy and design variations before routing to the coding vendor
Advising proofreaders on style decisions to ensure we produce a consistent experience for our customers
Presenting to senior leadership — clearly explaining strategy and impact of our team’s involvement
Providing innovative, out of the box input when reviewing complex creatives
Ensuring that comprehensive guidelines have been implemented into deliverables to ensure 100% ADA compliance
Conducting brainstorming sessions in a team setting to identify new technologies and best practices to reduce risk
Collaborating with client partners to achieve high performing, innovative communications
Reflecting core principles of curiosity and boldness in your approach to projects and demonstrating determination to achieve a successful conclusion
Qualifications:
8+ years expert-level proofreading experience, preferably in an agency or financial setting
Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite: especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in AP Style and excellent command of English grammar
Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projects
Successful experience partnering with internal clients and senior leaders
Excellent organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple concurrent job statuses (experience with workflow tools is a plus)
Ability to adhere to a process calendar
Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with local and remote team members
Bachelor’s in English, marketing or a related field
Proofreading test required.
