As a result of the on-going success of business development in Asia and also in response to our client’s and our continued growth and consolidation of activities in the region, there is an increasing demand to extend the client servicing capabilities to more accounts. This Account Engineer (AE) position is to support this expansion. This AE is required to work collaboratively with the management, client service, new business development and field engineering teams.
The AE is the client’s point of entry to all the engineering products and services we provide. The AE needs to understand their client's goals and the risks their facilities face. They need their AE to work with them to design and deliver customized risk improvement plans and help them sell the plan to their senior management and facility management.
As an AE in Asia Operations, you will work collaboratively within the Client Service Team and Field Engineering, frankly assessing, communicating, and reducing / resolving exposures. You will handle day-to-day account engineering activities such as report processing and risk improvement follow-up. You will have the opportunity to create and develop strategies that strengthen our client relationships and reduce the frequency and severity of loss.
