NVIDIA is searching for a highly motivated Engineering Manager for UI/UX for the NVIDIA NetQ team that is building a Network management and Telemetry system in cloud using modern design principles at internet scale. We are looking for an experienced hands-on leader with expertise in Cloud Applications and on-device tools to collect telemetry data. What you'll be doing:
Leading a team of engineers that design, develop, validate, maintain, release, and operate Javascript, HTML and CSS implementations.
Ensuring high usability and advocating UX patterns with customer/user focus.
Proactively tackle and solve hard problems with high success rate.
Collaborate with Product Management and rest of the engineering team to deliver the products and features.
Participate in technical meetings, documentation efforts, and code reviews.
Develop software design and implementation roadmaps to meet the company's business goals and metrics for availability, resiliency, and performance.
Lead the development of innovative applications engineering tools and processes and proof-of-concept with a focus on innovative technologies, mainly focused around software-defined operations and CI/CD.
Actively contribute to customer engagements.

What we need to see:
BS/MS degree in Computer science or related areas (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of overall experience in UI/UX Engineering roles, with at least 2 years as a manager
Experience with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
Deep understanding of frameworks like Angular, VueJS, or ReactJS.
Experience in TypeScript, Redux, RxJS, or NgRx.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Open to learn other languages including (but not limited) to Scala.
Good at consuming large blocks of information from written word and able to write technical documents, when required.
Passion to stay at the cutting edge and employ new technologies wherever relevant.
Preferably worked on d3. Plus points if handled complex data visualizations about computer networks.
