Make an Impact by:

Management Support:

1. To assist the Operations Director / Operations Team to ensure smooth operations that conformed with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and within the budgeted capital and operational expenses.

3. To manage reporting of operational statistics based on respective competencies and cloud resources on a monthly basis.

Technical Support:

Role Overview

The Program Manager Networks & ARINC Border Management Solutions (ABMS) is responsible for the business and P&L management of the complete portfolio in the Asia Pacific region

The role requires close collaboration with the Commercial Management Team, Project Delivery Team and Customer Success Management Team, to ensure the highest possible customer service. The Job

• Leading client engagements and account management of a cohort of participating SME businesses relating programme enrolment, programme administration and claims for enterprises.
• Creating guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related program content, to align with best practice and frameworks, and enable clients to carry out and enhance programs.
• Drafting content for publicity on the programme, success cases, insights on ESG related topics
• Organising events and workshops to attract, educate, participants on ESG related topics
• Liaising with various government agencies and partners to facilitate meetings, consultation sessions, workshops and clinic sessions for enterprises;
• Leverages bank's in-house Masterclasses, in-house toolkits & resources, Strategic Frameworks coupled with EnterpriseSG ESP panels and relevant SkillsFuture resources and training programmes to create an impactful training & ESG solutions and interventions;
• Manages and fosters relationships with multiple stakeholders in the network to ensure effective and sustainable implementation;
• Support in the administrative claims and processing of grants application to EnterpriseSG
• Tracking and measurement of participant’s progress and performance

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in business and sustainability, such as sustainable business, environmental management, environmental studies or geography, engineering or sciences
• Experience within areas of ESG reporting, training, strategy development and/or advisory work.
• Knowledge or prior experience working with SMEs/trade associations/chambers of commerce/ government agencies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry regulations and requirements for sustainability, such as environmental law and reporting frameworks
• Prior experience in running workshops, training events, producing training publications
• Strong communications, writing, analytical research, and organizational skills

The Job

• Provide PM/ BA support for global payments related project, focusing on identification & documentation of regional payments activities.
• Perform root cause analysis of payment related Operational Risk Events and how these will be resolved through identified solutions, identifying any gaps requiring further solutioning.
• Support Ops SME’s in determining key business requirements for identification of payments flows. Identifying and documenting key data elements within processing systems to enable rules based controls to be set for management of large and anomalous payments.
• Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/oversee testing and development of associated project artifacts as required for deliverables.
• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination, and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
• Support and manage business ad-hoc queries and requirements.

The Talent

• 6-10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Knowledge of Markets Operations businesses/ functions is required. Knowledge & understanding of payments workflows and controls beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, have great attention to detail and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
• Able to lead conference calls and produce meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Have experience of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, including overseeing the development & implementation of the UAT test plan, scripts and tools using the detailed functional requirements document.
• Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to clearly document findings and put together proposals for solutions.
• Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and process mapping skillsets required.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight contractual deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences and facilitate discussions.
