General job duties:

• Supervise the Main Library and Off-site Services

• Assist in establishing and implementing proper control procedures in the section and integrate it into the hospital system plan

Job Scope

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for medical devices across various healthcare sectors. This includes market segmentation, targeting, and positioning of medical devices including ultrasound equipment.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of sales representatives and service team specializing in medical devices, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success and growth.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners, to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis and Adaptation: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

Requirements

You are part of the Quality Management team specialised in managing the Laboratory Quality System. This includes working with the laboratory management and all lab sections on quality matters. You will assist the Quality Manager to manage document control, accreditation compliances, and submission of quality reports for accreditation and for hospital management. You will be involved in various audits as well as documentation of audit reports and follow-ups. Other duties include preparation for quality management reviews, external quality assurance reviews, customer service surveys, follow-up of risk management and root cause analysis. You are expected to work amicably with other departments in hospital improvement projects.

Requirements:

• PhD, MSc or Degree in Science discipline
• Candidate with relevant experiences in managing quality management system is preferred
• Experience in organising / participation in College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) accreditation is advantageous
