Strong communication skills with a confidence to lead discussions with clients in relation to both technical matters and in the coordination of engagements. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy with first-class prioritisation and organisational skills. A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to reporting deadlines. A flair for identifying risk and driving continuous improvements and automation. CA qualification or equivalent completed. Technical knowledge of IFRS is essential, and knowledge of another CAAP (e.g. US GAAP) is an advantage (but not essential). Audit experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier Firm will also be an advantage.
