Looking for Candidates to apply - PROJECT ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Planing, Manage & Coordinate the whole project.
• Management and lead to ensure on-time completion of project.
• Responsible in budget planning, M&E design & drawing preparation, project implementation.
• Carry out the site coordination, site meeting, troubleshooting and testing commissioning.
• Ensure quality of work is up to specific requirement.
• Liaise with respective Client representatives, main contractor, consultants, sub-con and suppliers.
   

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Project Management) or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate/ Entry Level is welcome for the application.
• Required skill(s) : MS Office, MS Project, Auto-Cad
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferably with candidates having at least one (1) year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Having good self- discipline, able to work under pressure, fit and possess good health for work.

資格和經驗：

任務和職責：

• 審核報價、採購、現場管理等相關流程。
• 辨識、追蹤、找出問題根源，制定改善措施，指導相關人員改善。
• 追蹤資訊平台各模組，協調資訊平台運作過程中出現的問題，組織相關責任人員改進。
• 負責現場管理、施工及分包商/顧問的工作能力評估，並據此回饋給管理階層。
• 監控專案進度，督導相關負責人提前準備專案所需資料。
• 對工程部主要人員進行施工技術訓練及指導

Qualifications & Experience :

• At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry,
• Willing to work outstation within Malaysia depending on Project’s need.
• Familiar with construction technology’s standards of various engineering specialties of the project
   

Tasks & responsibilities :

• Review the quotation, procurement, on-site management and other related processes.
• Identify, keep track, find root cause of the issues, then formulate improvement measures, guide and supervise the relevant personnel to improve.
• Track all parts of the modules of the information platform, coordinate the problems that occur in the operation process of the information platform, and organize relevant responsible personnel to improve.
• Responsible for on-site management, construction and sub-contractors/consultant’s work ability assessment, and feedback to management accordingly.
• Monitor the progress of the project, supervise and guide the relevant person in charge to prepare the materials required for the project in advance.
• Conduct training and guidance on construction technology for the engineering department ‘s main personnel

Job Description

• Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control and execution are performing to the required standard and within time-cost budget.
• Oversee the projects operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals.
• Oversee the performance of project team and enhance process improvements.
• Oversee the management of project resources in respect of project sites especially on site wastages, foreign workers, machineries and equipments.
• Ensure alll assigned project sites have coordination meetings with clients and sub-contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical or non-technical problems.
• Visit project sites on regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on projects operations to management.
  

  Requirements :

  · Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  · At least 10+ years of working experience in building construction.

  · Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.

  · Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.

  · Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.

  · Computer literate.

  · Willing to relocate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in supervising and monitoring work status of projects.
• To Liaise with site / consultants / client on the current site activities including inspections, audits and site visits. 
• Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.
• Prepare site reports and submit email in a timely manner.
• Depending on the scale of the project and current workload, may be required to manage multiple projects.
• Implement master program and monitor site progress to ensure on-time completion of projects.
