Responsibilities:

• Receive and maintain bookings from customers (Booking lists).
• Prepare monthly shipping shipment schedule.
• Attend to all inquiries such as rates, and documents on shipment via email/phone call.
• Communicate closely with internal & external parties to ensure efficient daily operations are well coordinated to meet the sales target.
• Follow up call & send a reminder to the customer of dateline shipment.
• Provide service information, day-to-day shipment update to clients. 
• Weekly visits to clients to collect sales orders of import & export shipments.
• Provide appropriate solutions to customer's complaints in the shortest time frame.
• Monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action when necessary. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and maintain current customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain and increase business revenue.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent in effective communication both spoken and written, presentation and analytical skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Summary

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Programme Assistant is to provide support and assistance to clients on a daily basis, attending to their needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interactive activities to clients in the centre or in the client's home
• Assist the nurse in providing care for the clients
• Assist PT and OT in the implementation of activities for clients at Centre during individual therapy sessions and group activities.
• Provides personal care / assistance according to the individual needs (i.e. grooming, dressing, peri-care, showers, bathing, toileting, transferring, housekeeping, meal preparation/feeding, laundry, shopping) in the centre or in the client's home.
• Provide blood pressure and blood sugar measurement and reading under supervision of nurse.
• Assist the multidisciplinary team regards to the client's care plan.
• Ensure that the medical records and supplies are properly maintained.
• Demonstrate and maintain environment safety and clean.
• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Nursing Care) or equivalent.
• Training/Experience in therapy aid, nursing aid is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferably with experience in eldercare.
• Good working attitude.
• Bilingual in both (Mandarin and English) is preferred and able to communicate in local dialects is a bonus.

Duties

1. To work with the Youth Team in conceptualizing, evaluating and initiating of current or new

programmes.

2. To assist in the execution of Children and Youth programmes and activities assigned.

3. Ensure that the logistics procedures are carried out before and after the activities.

4. To provide support services for Youth Hub by manning duties, maintenance of premise,

recording of attendance and co-ordinate publicity materials for Children and Youth programmes.

5. To assist the team Youth team in all youth outreach efforts within the community.

6. To contribute in the planning and execution of all major events organized by FaithActs.

7. Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director and/or Head of Youth Services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• O Level or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Office Administration
• Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Oracle)

• Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
