HOP Medical Centre is an upmarket executive screening centre located at Orchard Road - Palais Renaissance.

We provide health screening services to individuals such as blood test, ultrasound and x-ray.

• Full time position available
• Mon to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm
• Immediate availability
• Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Counters & administrative duties
• Patients Registration
• Manage patient appointments
• Chaperone / assist doctors (where necessary)
• Perform clinical measurements (Height, Weight, Blood pressure, ECG etc)
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of clinic

Requirements:

• Customer Service oriented
• Min “A” level or equivalent
• Prior clinic experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong office administrative skills
• Able to converse fluently in English
• Mandarin speaking an advantage
• Qualification in Phlebotomy / Nursing an advantage

Job Description:

• Converting research articles done before the launch of LEARN into LEARN resources, so that they can continue to benefit the HR community from an accessible source.
• Update content of e-learnings which are already hosted on LEARN
• Design interface of tHRive for better navigation to scale up our reach of readers
• Design materials (infographics, animation) for learning interventions
• Facilitate coordination work, so that team can focus on delivering the outcomes expected for early FY24

Requirements:

• Min A Levels/Diploma/Degree
• Able to start in Jan 2024
• Able to commit for 6 months
