Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain CRM in all aspects
• Attend to customers’ inquiries
• Prepare quotation, documentations, shipment arrangement, invoice and billing
• Coordinate overseas delivery 

Requirements :

• Min SPM and above
• Min 2 years' working experience in export shipment and processing
• Experience in SAP system is added advantage
• Computer literate
