As leader of the Warner Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for owning key relationships with service partners and suppliers to streamline support processes and monitor service levels, address gaps in support and ensure appropriate support contracts are in place and regularly reviewed. About the Job

Early Help ensures that children and families receive accessible and co-ordinated support when they need it. This support ranges across a continuum from early identification and preventative approaches through to more targeted help where families are experiencing more complex or multiple difficulties. At every level support is designed to address and reduce the problems or challenges and prevent them getting worse.

• Promote, implement and embed the Dementia Strategy across all areas of the home particularly focusing on the five domains – Environment, Training, Social Engagement, Dining Experience and End of Life Care.
• Work closely with the Activities Team to ensure the development of meaningful activities for residents with Dementia. Support and set expectations for the care team to participate in these activities.
• Ensure the dining experience for all residents is of a high standard and that they are afforded the dining experience of their choice whether that be fine dining or a more informal occasion.
• Promote a culture to enable residents to maximise their capabilities, optimising independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Team Management:

• Act as an inspirational leader to drive a culture of continuous improvement and best in class for all aspects of dementia care and support
• Take responsibility for the management of the team within the Dementia Community introducing effective mechanism for communication such as team meeting, communication boards etc. Document all outcomes, actions and minutes.
• Support, guide and develop their team members by carrying out regular supervisions/one to ones, annual appraisals and support individual performance management plans for identified staff.
• Manage day to day supervisory issues of the team such as managing absence and carrying out Return to Work interviews, implementing formal action where appropriate.
• Proactively be involved in the recruitment of care staff for the Dementia Community through the process ensuring that the specific requirements for supporting residents with Dementia are clearly understood and met.
