Summary of Position

Positions are for both AM Shift (5:00 start) and PM Shift (2:45 start)

General duties of the Meat Process worker include:
* Trimming, cutting, slicing.
* Separating and sorting organs and meat.
* Operation of equipment and machinery.
* Clean and sterilize work areas.
* Moving carcasses.
* General laboring throughout chillers, boning room and slaughter floor.
