• Relief other process Technician when required.

Total Productivity Management AND Continuous Improvement

• Ensure workplace is at the required AM and 5S standards and is actively involved in AM / 5S teams.
• Ensure that Brewing department is clean to the specified standard.

Quality of the Product & Process

• Ensure the Brewing process is operating according to the specifications and production plan, in standard conditions.
• Report in a timely and accurate way all mandatory and relevant information and KPIs.

• 2 years of industrial experience is considered as a plus but entry level candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager to plan the production schedule.
• Monitor day-to-day operation to ensure the operation is smooth and meets the production schedule.
• Ensure that the entire operations are following EHS, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) requirements with good quality culture.
• Ensure the documentation record and plant 3S is properly maintained.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Minimum GCE 'O' level or NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biotechnology / Biomedical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines

· With 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.
