• Champion quality by implementing and enforcing rigorous standards for technical deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Focus on building efficiencies, creating repeatable processes, and establishing best practices for streamlined implementations.
• Collaborate closely with product management to define new product features that address evolving customer needs.
• Support sales and pre-sales teams by providing consultation to prospects and clients on best practices and relevant technologies.
• Partner with pre-sales to design and present compelling solutions to potential new customers, and assist with RFI/RFP responses.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Prior experience leading a technical team, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
• Extensive experience in the Financial Services domain, ideally with a focus on Financial Crime and Compliance.
• A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise solutions to Tier 1 organizations, demonstrating end-to-end expertise.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and effectively address concerns in a consulting or professional services capacity.
• A commitment to continuous learning, possessing the agility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends to ensure your team remains at the forefront.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant experience
