WT provides a service tailored to each of our clients’ needs to enable them to achieve their objectives in their capital projects and premises management.
We are an independent practice, wholly owned by our practicing Directors. We are not part of a group that provides design, construction or facilities management delivery services and as such we are able to provide truly impartial objective advice to our clients in all areas of project, cost and premises management.
Our risk and value focused approach supports our clients by delivering financially robust advice and solutions throughout the project and property lifecycle. Our expertise enables us to advise on the full range of construction, building and infrastructure projects and premises uses; implementing strategies to minimise costs without sacrificing value.
We have developed proven processes to enable each project to be delivered on time and on budget and to our client’s requirements. It is our policy to assign to a senior member of the WT team to each commission for its duration.
The WT team comprises specialists; individually and collectively. Each WT team member is selected for their expertise and understanding of the field in which the client operates.
HISTORY
The genesis of the practice occurred more than 72 years ago when two like-minded chartered quantity surveyors resolved to collaborate to provide cost management consultancy services in the United Kingdom and Australia.
The practice remains totally independent and is wholly owned by the directors of WT who adopted this brand name in the early eighties to sustain one of the goals set by the practice’s forefathers.
From its humble beginnings the practice has developed into a business which now provides a range of diversified consultancy services to the building and infrastructure industries worldwide, covering both publically and privately funded projects.

Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive will be working for one the world's largest Lloyd's Broker and risk management companies. Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will look after your allocated portfolio of Real Estate clients from inception to completion, as well as building effective lasting relationships and delivering growth and renewal targets. In your new role as a Real Estate Account Executive you manage client relationships. Retain and grow existing accounts, as well as identify additional business opportunities and introduce clients to other product specialists. You will also provide clients with risk consultancy advice. Other duties will include optimising solutions for customers through your knowledge of product ranges and providers. Your new role will also include managing Underwriter relationships. You be comfortable with face-to-face business meetings and be credible with clients and decision makers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Real Estate Account Executive, handling Property or Real Estate business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will be Cert CI, Dip CII or Advanced Dip CII. You will be experienced in negotiation and influencing skills as well as having excellent communication and presentation skills.

Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients. What you\'ll need to succeed
Your previous experience of handling Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success. Ideally, you will experience within a similar role and strong technical knowledge of not only property risks but also experience of associated casualty lines of business. You will also have excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and proven can develop and progress within our business.

Your new role
Your new role working as a Property Owners Account Executive means you will be responsible for working alongside Account Executives and Account handlers to work on your own portfolio of clients from inception to completion, maintaining key client's Property Insurance portfolio, providing a high quality, professional and efficient service. Other duties will include managing the renewal/placing process in a timely manner, obtaining renewal terms and quotes, highlighting potential risks and agreeing terms in line with client requirements, including any midterm alterations.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Executive, Account Manager or Client Director handling Property Owners ( Real Estate ) business from inception to will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally you will be CERT CII qualified or have progression towards Dip CII. have excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to develop and manage good working relationships with clients and insurers through building trust and mutual respect. You will provide great customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and concerns from clients and have outstanding industry and sector knowledge. Ideally you will have some experience with Acturis.
