Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for overall effective logistics operation of companies including Import & export & domestic transportation.
Work closely with the Direct Sale/Project Team to oversee the day-to-day team operations to provide integrated expertise and exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholder
Prepare and maintain routine reports related to operation efficiency, logistic, inventory, budgeting, and computerized system data
Set up tracking and monitoring mechanisms; analyze data and prepare management reports
Able to work with all levels including the ground operation team and managerial staff
Demonstrate strong knowledge / regulatory compliance doc and familiarity with import and export customs formalities and document requirements
Ensure Purchase Orders for shipping and logistics-related charges are produced in a timely manner
