We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our regional team in Malaysia. This is a regional role and you will be part of the foodpanda and Delivery Hero Salesforce team. You will sit with the local team in the APAC region. You will be exposed to all levels of Salesforce work in a highly developed and functional team (Administrators, Product Managers, Developers, QA Specialists) with lots of career opportunities.

You should be able to challenge business or product management requirements and come up with options to solve topics in Salesforce in a scalable, future-proof manner. You are expected to guide other Salesforce Administrators towards the best solutions in team-based discussions. People management experience or willingness to evolve in that direction is a plus. 

You have to work with developers on best practices for validations, process builder / flows, access management etc. You will also have to work on processes that are audit-proof, while still maintaining a flexible platform.

What's on the menu:

• Customising list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintaining security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles and permissions, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights.
• Maintaining overall system configuration, change control, and enhancements.
• Assisting in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and helping related materials.
• Managing operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups and potentially with business leaders.

As a Citrix engineer in a financial services company, your primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the company's Citrix Cloud and private cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including users ticket resolution, business requests and maintenance of the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Citrix Cloud and AWS hosting infrastructure.
2. Monitoring the health and performance of Citrix/AWS/Azure resources and services to detect and address any issues proactively.
3. Maintaining images with application and client updates.
4. Maintaining up to date DR infrastructure and procedures for critical desktops and applications.
5. Working with other operational team to help troubleshoot issues impacting user experience.
6. Balancing user experience and costs within the cloud.

We are looking for an Legal Administrator, reporting to the Manager, Legal based in Wisma Tune, Kuala Lumpur.

SALARY RANGE: RM3120 - RM4680

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve:

• Manage all steps required for the completion and signing of all legal agreements, contracts, legal forms, statutory declarations, affidavits, board resolutions and/or any legal or company secretarial documentation. 
• Manage the filing, scanning, organisation, copying, saving and/or archiving of all such signed legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Manage, maintain and update the legal contract masterlist and corporate tracking list for all Teleport entities.
• Manage the Contract Management System or any other systems implemented or used by the department on behalf of the legal department, to ensure all legal documentation is easily accessible and retrievable at any time.
• Ensure that all agreement templates, deal checklists and general terms and conditions  are updated with the latest version for all Teleport entities, as required by the respective legal counsel.
• Assist Manager or General Counsel with extracting documents and data or preparation of documents or reports pursuant to audit exercises, reporting or quarterly compliance testing requirements.
• Manage stamping of agreements either online in LHDN website or hardcopy, as required.
• Prepare basic internal/external correspondences, letters, memo or legal online newsletters.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the legal team,
• Other administrative, clerical and organisation support as may be assigned from time-to-time by the legal department including assisting with arranging meetings, securing meeting rooms, and procuring stationery or tools.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, secretarial or any other relevant certifications or qualifications OR at least two (2) years working experience in office or departmental administration work. Experience working in a legal department or law firm is an advantage.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in writing and speaking in English is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Analytical thinker, resourceful, proficient with research tools.
• Systematic knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
• Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skilled usage and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in Google Doc and Google Sheet.
• Ability to grasp and interpret basic legal documents.
• Ability to do basic legal research.

We have identified an opportunity for Production Engagement Lead to join us in a vital client facing position, managing and continuously building on the brand and category partnership.

The role will report into the Regional Business/Production Lead and work together with onsite teams and origination/adaptation hubs to supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs.    

This is a very demanding and ever-changing role that will require the Engagement Lead to have strong production experience in asset creation across the full channel breadth of Print, Web, TVC, post production, digital, and social content creation.  In addition, the person will need client management capabilities. Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential. As the Engagement Lead for a Brand or Category, it will also be your responsibility to ensure overall Category/Brand expectations are met.

As an Production Engagement Lead

• Key point of contact for Pfizer Brand teams & agencies (creative & media), ensuring needs are addressed and campaigns are developed to the highest standard of quality 
• Executive Producer on all regional based work, supported by producers who will manage the day-to-day delivery of work 
• Participate in production planning and optimisation 
• Production escalations point for all regional work 
• Work closely with production teams in the respective region for all Pfizer global work + local work
• Oversee all local/regional production work for the Categories/Brand they are assigned
