Responsibilities:-

• Ensure that the production lines are kept clean, and work is being carried out in accordance to GMP.
• Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals.
• Ensure production lines are run using methods and work instruction .
• Collect production data, update in system and files for optimal performance.
• Participate in improvements for all work station as identified the bottle neck.
• Arrange OT and to ensure production target achieve.
• Carry out necessary administrative duties as required.
• Perform clerical tasks as requested by the production superior.
• Involve in improvements on each project by TD, Prof, and QA.
• To control worker attitude, ensure they follow SOP, safety awareness during work hours.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production department.
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.

• 確保生產線按照方法和作業指導書運作。
• 收集生產數據，更新系統和文件以獲得最佳效能。
• 參與所有已確定瓶頸的工作站的改進。
• 安排加班並確保生產目標達成。
• 依要求履行必要的行政職責。
• 依照生產主管的要求執行文書工作。
• 參與 TD、教授和 QA 對每個專案的改進。
• 控制工人態度，確保他們在工作時間遵守SOP、安全意識。

要求：-

• 候選人必須至少擁有文憑或更高學位。
• 擁有至少3年生產部門相關經驗。
• 能夠在最少的監督和指導下獨立工作。
• 所需語言：馬來語、英語、華語。
