Job Description:

• Support and execute all syndicated loan transactions, including the preparation of term-sheets and information memorandums, etc.
• Management of the primary distribution process, including roadshows, documentation and investor clarifications.
• Prepare institutional marketing materials, including pitch-books and ad-hoc reports.
• Build close relationships with key lenders and maintain an updated investor database.

Key Responsibilities:
