Role and Responsibilities
- Assistance with Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS)
- Assistance with implementation and maintenance of SDS database in EJS Portal
- Shadow EHS Safety Patrol to learn about environmental and health & safety requirements.
- Participate in Green Team initiatives/events.
- Perform activities as directed by Sector Leaders
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate goodwritten and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of environmental, occupational health, safety concepts (based on university/college degree program)
Skills and Qualifications
Internship Program Dates:
May 13, 2024 – July 26, 2024
Eligibility:
- Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s Degree Program, in good standing with an accredited educational institution.
- Rising Junior or Senior
- 3.0 GPA or higher with no academic or correction action on record
- Required to pass drug screen and background check upon offer
