Assistant Quality Manager and Production

The Production and Quality Assistant Manager assists the production and quality management teams in overseeing manufacturing operations and quality control processes. This role involves planning, monitoring, and improving production and quality control processes to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. The Assistant Manager will also lead and support the production and quality teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer
demand and production targets.
Monitor and adjust production processes to improve efficiency and reduce

4. Documentation and Reporting:
Act as the document controller for quality management systems, such as ISO

Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and
corrective actions.
Prepare and present reports on production and quality performance to
management.
5. Health and Safety:
Promote a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety policies.
Participate in safety training and ensure team members are following safety
guidelines.

6. Customer Liaison and Audit Preparation:
Liaise with customers on quality issues and coordinate internal corrective and
preventive actions.
Prepare for and attend audits by regulatory bodies and customers, including
follow-up actions are required to close out the audits.
Arrange and oversee client Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), ensuring that
products meet client specifications and expectations.

What will I be doing?

1. Deeply understand the commonalities and differences in the content safety of emerging products and, based on this, design the planning of general capabilities and roadmap. This includes, but is not limited to, feature safety, metric operation systems, and systematic development design.

2. Manage a team of product managers. Set directions and implementation paths for the team. Provide specific assistance and guidance to team members, enhancing their abilities in strategy formulation, communication coordination, and data analysis, among other aspects.

3. In-depth understanding of the content safety policies, systems and data status of various international products, and able to identify problems and opportunities with quantitative and qualitative analysis;

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation and safety to continuously improve content safety measures.

5. Coordinate R&D, algorithm, policy, and operation teams, strive for appropriate resources, and support the rapid development of the business.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.

2. Having comprehensive successful project experience in any field of content moderation, Al, or mid-platform product.

3. Have excellent logical thinking ability and independent data analytics ability, be able to understand complex business scenarios and demands, combine data analytics attribution, define problems and disassemble methods;

4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, organizational coordination and pressure resistance, result-oriented;

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications

1. Experience working with global partners across different timezones and cultures.

We are seeking a senior product manager with a focus on community safety. This role requires a deep understanding of industry and user needs to ensure team objectives align with strategic business goals. You will coordinate various teams to achieve targets, and we expect you to have an outstanding product management background along with a profound understanding of community safety.

1. Drive the development of features and plans to enhance content safety and community security in our 2C applications.

2. Lead the strategic direction and development of our products using your knowledge.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, legal, and marketing, to ensure the development and implementation of safety-centered strategies.

4. Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, making data-driven decisions.

5. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes related to community safety and compliance.

6. Advocate for safety and compliance within the organization, ensuring they remain critical considerations in all product decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications：

1. Product manager experience or AI related experience;

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience;

Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex products spanning multiple feature areas.

· This will involve writing and consulting on specs, overcoming design challenges and taking the lead for promoting interoperability and scale.

· The Product Manager will drive the overall research strategy, driving the usage of core innovative game technology, and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis.

· Through strong customer empathy, the Product Manager will be responsible to develop deep insights into customer needs and how the roadmap addresses those needs.

· Lastly, the Product Manager will deliver their vision & strategy, monitor product progression and partner with product marketing for launch.

Required Skills

• Experience in consumer mobile or game development is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in consumer products or Gaming Products.
• Ability to build wireframes, product specifications and white papers.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team – including those who do not directly report to you.
• Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills. SQL querying abilities is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects with central teams is a strong plus.
• Strong passion for games, creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
• Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus.
