Job Description
1. To establish standard flow / operating instructions for the following:
-Product Engineering process
-Manufacturing Process in Wafer Sort
-Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA)
2. Product Maintenance
-Review and analyze wafer test yields
-Yield Improvement - Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
-Determine hold lot disposition
3. Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports
4. Develop and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE)
5. Support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing6. Liaise with customers on new production specificationsNew Product Introduction (NPI)
Coordinate device start up and transfer
Job Requirement
Graduates with Electrical/ Electronic Engineering Diploma or experienced candidates with Diploma are welcome to apply
It will be an added advantage if you are familiar with all or any of the following:
1. Wafer sort test
2. Prober operations (TSK or OPUS)
3. Tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester)Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Good communication skills both verbal and written
-Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starters’ who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems
-Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts
