As the Liquidity Product Expansion and Solutions Manager for Asia Pacific, you will report to the Commercial Banking Asia Pacific Liquidity and Account Solutions Manager, within the CB Asia Pacific Payments Solutions team; your position is based in Singapore and is part of the Global Liquidity Solutions and Revenue Management organization. Your team will align with the CB International Liquidity Solutions team, and work with the Payments global and Asia Pacific regional liquidity product groups and in-location product managers, as needed. Your position includes a client-facing element, and where required will be accountable to work with Sales and Bankers to design customized multi-location, cross regional sophisticated liquidity product and account solutions based on customer’s requirements, taking into consideration the Asia Pacific regulatory and market practices, as well as location operational considerations to achieve the best client experience outcomes and CB liquidity revenue goals.
This team provides robust execution and delivery of CB cash pooling solutions strategy in Asia Pacific including the commercialization of key differentiator multicurrency liquidity client solution features and functionalities, Sales and field team enablement, and is responsible for the growth of CB notional pooling product line both in Asia Pacific, as well as internationally that meets our different global client segment needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the maintenance, risk and control governance of our fast-growing CB international pooling product portfolio including client segment-based commercialization, and development oversight of the liquidity cash pooling product set internationally.
• Become the point person responsible for the Asia Pacific market growth of our cash pooling product line and ensure individual market locations as well as client segment offerings have obtained the required operational controls and compliance signoff prior to client sell.
• Drive the suitability assessment of new cash pooling product features and functionalities to continue refining the CB Asia Pacific liquidity product sell box and improve product setup processes and workflow procedures.
• Set pricing strategy for CB Asia Pacific cash pooling solutions product suite, ensuring alignment with CB global pricing philosophy and CB rate policy guidelines, partnering closely with our International Deposit Management team.
• Be the Champion client liquidity product and account solutioning for client-facing pitches, as well as design the positioning and the marketing/sales training materials for our suite of multicurrency cash pooling client offerings that is aligned across regions to achieve client wins, and liquidity revenue growth.
• Partner with regional and location Sales and coverage teams to gather and gain insights into the Asia Pacific and international buying behaviours of cash pooling solutions specific to Commercial Banking client segments.
• Align the Commercial Banking client selection framework across international regions and upkeep appropriate cash pooling solution guardrails and thresholds in conjunction with the International Deal Approval Framework.
• Collaborate with a wide array of internal stakeholders e.g. Bankers, Sales, Product Solution Specialists, Implementation, Client Service, Operations, Controllers, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Credit Risk, Technology, both locally, regionally and internationally to industrialize the broader sales process and deliver the right client adoption experience associated with Commercial Banking cash pooling product solution offerings.
• Be in line with CB Asia Pacific Payments Solutions team priorities and ensure good understanding across the CB client facing organization and participate in evening calls when necessary.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Engineering or other relevant fields.
• 7 or more years of demonstrated relevant experience in cash management and/or with distributing globally sophisticated multi-region liquidity pooling products and cross border corporate treasury solutions.
• Good knowledge of treasury related risk including foreign exchange, financial control and taxation environment is a plus.
• Practical knowledge on company balance sheet, intercompany accounting and financial regulations and international policies regarding balance sheet treatment.
• Proven generator of ideas and history of bringing product solutions to market including the ability to describe and develop standard product setup process and procedures in written form.
• Possess an acute ability to understand the client buying decision levers, and train sales/bankers.
• Execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take initiative; excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify, understand and address client experience and operational issues.
• History and reputation for strong compliance with all established risk and control product portfolio governance.

Pay Range
Salary: $62,400 - $85,000The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
