What you'll need to succeed

You will bring excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and analytical tools e.g. Power BI. You'll need strong communication skills with financial and non-financial stakeholders, with line management experience beneficial but not essential. You will be adaptable, ambitious, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively. You will have the right to work in the UK, and have a plan to reliably commute to Sutton.

• Manage content calendars and editorial schedules to ensure timely delivery of content and consistency in messaging.
• Analyse content performance using metrics and analytics tools and use insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in content marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Your new role
As part of the affiliate team, you will be managing a portfolio of casino affiliate clients, developing new relationships and gaining an understanding of your portfolio's financial value. You will also be promoting the company's industry-leading affiliate program to potential partners, concluding deals that you believe to generate an effective ROI. With a heavy focus on analysing marketing campaign data, you will be working with numerical data presented in various reports and spreadsheets. Attendance to both national and international conferences and events means you will be spending several days travelling each month.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have a proactive mindset and excellent planning and organisation skills. You will also be required to have:

• 2-3 years of experience within Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing or Account Management (required)
• Solid experience within the casino / betting space (required)
• Experience in online marketing sales (required)
• Solid experience at extracting, reading, and understanding data using Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPM and revenue share payment models (advantageous)
