We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Restaurant &
Bar team! If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and are ready to take on a

Your Responsibilities:
• Assist the Outlet Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing the venue.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and supervise the dining room staff, ensuring fast and friendly service.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage inventory and handle supply orders as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with staff scheduling and payroll management to meet budget goals.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back
of house.
• Ensure that dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean and functioning
properly.
• Help plan and implement promotions to attract new customers.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or
bar.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
