Job Description
Procurement Management
- Select and manage suppliers based on the transparent and fair procedures through standardized bidding and quotation process.
- Secure cost competitiveness by organizing the optimal vendor pool, and selecting suppliers who provide the good quality and best price conditions through competition.
- [Bidding and quotation management] Perform bidding and quotation with the system by understanding bidding and quotation process
- [Managing suppliers] Operate the optimal suppliers by organizing the optimal vendor pool in each area, registering new vendors and evaluating the vendor's performance
- [Price management] Provide the information to determine the best price by searching the competitive price through analysis of market price and cost, and conducting negotiation with suppliers
- [Contract management] Make a request to review the procurement contract through the contract management system by understanding the contents of the provisions stipulated in the procurement contract. (only on the payment part)
- [ SSC Management ] Manage SSC efficiency to avoid any delay on vendor selection
Controlling:
- Identify risks (late PO, No PO etc) , develop and implement internal key controls aligned with HQ policy for regional marketing investment for our regional office
- Manage regional marketing expense process from annual budgeting, each project competency, vendor selection approach and contract review to drive cost efficiencies and ensure process compliance throughout all marketing process
- In charge of quarterly allocation cost to other entities , establish and apply allocation factors/methodology for proper allocation of regional office cost to local subsidiaries
- Workflow management for approval on RHQ marketing in NERP SAP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting / Business Admin. / Other major
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT) , SAP experience
- Good communication skills to engage stakeholders and present results to management
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in procurement process & controllership
- Good interpersonal skill
