The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.
Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.
Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.
Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.
Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.
Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.
Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.
Achievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.
Coordinate the various functions within TD SYNNEX in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.
Ensure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.
Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships.
In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.
Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.
Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.
Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.
Be the advocate and leader for the relevant product groups in TD SYNNEX and be the advocate and leader for TD SYNNEX within the relevant vendor community.
Provide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Director.
Deal effectively and efficiently with unsatisfactory performance and/or behavior within your team.
Provide an appropriate example of leadership, by way of behaviors, to the wider organization.
Proactively contribute as a member of the leadership team to the commercial ‘well-being’ and longevity of the business.
Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution
Minimum education level required is a Bachelor’s Degree

You will drive product electrical functionality issue resolution and improvement from internal process and customer complain.
What does a Product Engineer (Electrical Test) does at HP:
Represents Product Engineering team in all matters related to the electrical testing and quality of complex thermal ink-jet products.
Qualifies and implements test plans and parameters for new and existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, and end-to-end data integrity.
Communicates design, qualification, and issue investigation progress/status to management and internal and/or outsourced development partners.
Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions.
Own product electrical test script and E-test specification in manufacturing process.
Work with E-test development team on new software & hardware roll over in manufacturing and testing.
Perform data mining on E-test parameters for failure troubleshooting.
Support customer return electrical failure analysis to drive process and circuit design improvement.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
More than 5 years working experience in Electrical testing or circuit design.
Possess good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies and environment, preferably have the experience working in a fast pace and high volume electronics product manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to contribute meaningfully on cross-functional teams.
Use of empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to evaluate and validate component, circuit, and hardware designs.
Use of data analysis tools to proactively identify and resolve functional or manufacturing process related issues.
Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JMP and SQL.
Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, silicon processing, CMOS circuits.
Fundamental understanding of thermal ink-jet products is a plus.
Basic knowledge and use of electrical design tools and software packages.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.

Manage content of Puma e-commerce under the fast growing E-commerce department and work closely with all key functions in the organization as well as external vendors i.e marketplaces, etc.
Task 1:
Content strategy and management: work together with Assistant Manager, Content Ecom to set up Puma SEA content strategy, and develop content calendar for 52 weeks for various marketplaces, which will be aligned with marketing& e-commerce calendar.
Task 2:
Manage and maintain content resources by leveraging global synergy (global visual portal) and localized tasks, including store decoration, photo shooting, videos and etc. Understand consumer insights and shopping behavior from different marketplaces, drive both brand consistency and differentiation among them.
Task 3:
Able to design, file and share content in a logical way and monitor marketplaces in a daily basis in terms of the content/ copywriting/ photography/ font/ and etc, so that global branding standards are met. Work together with Manager, Marketplace Ecommerce Content for key designs and campaign banners to make sure brand image is well managed.
Task 4:
Cross-function communications: cooperate with marketing in a weekly basis, and implement Puma Marketing regional calendar and SEA calendar into E-commerce marketplaces. Work together with Ecom Merchandising and Ecom Marketing Manager, and support content based on product launch calendar. Be supportive and flexible to solve sale KPI, i.e. sell thru of slow movers, KV styles and etc.
Task 5:
New projects& data analysis: Able to plan visuals creatives and use data to adjust content strategy, i.e. UV, conversation rate, inventory value and etc. Work together with creative team from TP and provide competition analysis report from content& creative perspective, and drive innovation for all marketplaces.
Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent studied
Professional: Good business acumen. 3 years+ solid marketing/ design / Ecom retail experience, with proven organization and execution experience with internal/external parties preferred. Marketplace or Client experience would be a plus.
IT Skills: Excel, PowerPoint
Language Skills: English written & spoken
Competencies: Working knowledge of Photoshop
Functional Skills: Strong interpersonal/influencing skills; Creative thinking; able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours;
