RESPONSIBILITES

• To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
• Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities.

• To fully commit in any sales related process. 
• To arrange quarterly sales meeting with Sales Team and Managing Director for review and discussion.
• Any ad hoc task by superior or management. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience. 
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
• Possess Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. 
• Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends. 
• Passionate in F&B manufacturing line and eager to learn new things. 
• Punctuality.
• Proactive and independent team player.
• Willing to take challenge. and a positive thinker
• Multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure in order to achieve sales target. 
• Aggressive in achieving goals set by management.
• Willing to work after ordinary working hour (If needed only).

INCENTIVES

• Fixed monhtly allowance (RM500 - RM700). 
• Commission entitlement (0.5% - 2%).

Key Responsibilities 

• To perform administrative activities of the department ie, letter/memo log and status, department schedule of deliverables and all other related documents of the investor management department.
• To ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of investor management projects in specific business areas assigned by HOD or manager in charge
• Assist Head of Department and Managers manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
• Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, emails, memos and answers queries where possible upon approval by the HOD.
• Take minutes for all meetings related to the divisions/ department
• Draft, type and dispatch all the Head of Division/Department correspondence.
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system and ensure traceability
• Database administrators are responsible for the management and maintenance of Investor Management department databases. Database administrators' duties include maintaining adherence to a data management policy and ensuring that databases are functional and fully serve the purpose.
• Responsible to create and maintain multiple databases on a timely manner and ensure accurate and updated information is captured in all the database ie: contact details of the government agencies, list of potential investors and list of activities for reporting purposes.
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining a proper and systematic filing systems for all the paperworks i.e, incoming/outgoing letters, proposals, memos, company profiles etc. and ensures good safekeeping of all important documents.
• Arrange domestic requirement that involve visitation or special program lead or involving by Investor Management i.e local transportation for site visit, issuing placeholder meeting, and all other necessary arrangement required.

Job Descriptions:

• Sourcing for potential prospects and attend to enquiries.
• Conduct marketing sales calls, site viewings and presentations.
• Responsible on handling all lease documentations.
• Generate leasing leads and negotiate deals from initiation to final execution
• Assist in retail operational matters and recommend strategies that will improvise, and maximize the efficiency.
• Work with tenants to develop retail SOP and ensure tenants adhere to the mall rules and regulations.
• Monitor tenancy renewal and necessary follow up on payments.
• Aid in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.
• Research and report on competitive leasing trends in the industry.
• Communicate issues to management and plan a course of corrective action.
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Work closely with Head of Department on the overall department performance and goal.

Requirements:

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates or preferably with marketing working experiences are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resourceful and has ability to work well with landlord and tenants.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Job Description
This is an established international logistics and freight services company who are seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya. Candidates with a stable logistics work history in quoting and liaising with clients however with no previous ocean freight forwarding experience but enthusiastic to learn this side of business will be welcome to apply for this role.
This is a non-customer facing role with relationship to other offices and close contact with shipping lines.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and operate LCL and FCL shipments across national boundaries within Australia and the Far East region.
Daily duties:
*Receipt of all LCL (Less container load) and FCL(Full container load) bookings from clients and partner network..
*Prepare relevant shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Manifest, Customs documentation and Certificate of origin.
*Communicate with regular update of progress of shipments to clients.
*Close interaction with vendors and overseas networks.
Requirements
*Malaysian female preferred in age group 23-35.
*Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline (or Bachelor degree).
*A good 2-3 years of work experience in sea freight operations or logistic coordination role.
*Confident communicator,especially in English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
*Competent IT skills MS Office and internet applications.
