About the job
Responsible to perform service work, such as troubleshooting, condition audits and maintenance work for customer’s fired boiler or waste heat recovery systems in shipyards, offshore and power plants all over the world. Service work also includes maintenance and testing of boilers and burners, as well as other steam system components, soot blowers, dampers, etc. Service Engineer also gives technical support for service project team and spare part sales.

Service Engineer/Service technician is responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of SMARDT Chillers and related products and services. He/She works closely with the service team and other department staff, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, assistance, and advice at all times.
· Carry out the commissioning, maintenance, service repairs and assembly of SMARDT Chillers throughout the Singapore region, including breakdown repairs that may require working outside of normal business hours.
