Junior Product Manager - Core Products

This is an entry level position reporting to the Senior Product Manager to work on our core product which provides Privilege Access Management. Our team roles are constantly evolving as we grow, so be prepared for constant tweaks in roles and responsibilities.
What You'll Do
● You will be part of the product management team working on core products with initial focus areas in analytics or UX
● You’ll be responsible for the delivery of your selected product focus area
● You’ll be interacting with customers, PMs, engineers and sales teams to understand their pain points to prioritize features for maximum impact
● Documenting stories and acceptance criteria, illustrating flows and high level UX that will be understood by engineering teams
● Collaborate with the release team to plan out releases for your focus area
● Get your hands dirty with engineering and support teams to understand the ins and outs of the product
● Support engineering team tasks when all hands on deck is needed
Must have skills
● Empathy – able to put yourself in another person’s shoes and understand their experiences
● Critical thinking – capable of breaking big problems into small, manageable tasks
● Strong written and verbal communication in English
● Good presentation skills
Nice to have skills
● Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
● Experience or interest in cybersecurity
● Experience working with APIs
● Experience working with cloud platforms
● Experience with integrations
● Have a flair for writing content

As Myra’s Marketing Executive , you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. They must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also have a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality, and be knowledgeable about marketing regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote the
company's properties and projects.
2. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to identify new
marketing opportunities.
3. Creating and managing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and online
content.
4. Planning and coordinating events, such as property showcases and open houses.
5. Developing and managing relationships with external marketing partners, such as
advertising agencies and media outlets.
6. Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations
for improvement.
7. Developing and managing the company's online presence, including social media
and email marketing.
8. Coordinating with sales and project management teams to ensure that marketing
efforts align with business objectives.
9. Managing the company's brand identity and ensuring consistency across all
marketing materials.
10. Providing guidance and support to sales team members on marketing initiatives.
11. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of marketing activities.
12. Preparing reports and presentations on marketing activities and results.
Job Requirements:
1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in marketing management software and tools.
6. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
7. Knowledge of marketing regulations and standards. standards
