REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and registered with BEM
• Min. 6 yrs (Senior Engineer) and 2 yrs (Junior Engineer) of work experience as C&S Design Engineer in Consultancy Firm.
• Knowledge in Precast/ Pre/Post Tensioning design would be an advantage.
• Familiar with 2 or more of the following engineering software: Tekla Structural Designer (TSD), Etabs, Staad Pro, Prokon, Prota, Revit, Civil 3D, MES Infra Applications and AutoCAD / GStarCAD.
• Good Technical and Analytical skills in Engineering.
• Familiar with British Standards, Eurocode, Local By-Laws/Authority requirements.
• Fluent in English and BM.
• Able to write and prepare correspondences, proposals and reports.
• Able to effectively communicate and work well with all levels, present ideas and suggestions effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and beyond regular hours to meet tight deadlines.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel.

Note: Candidates with lower/higher qualifications and experience, will be considered for either juinior/senior positions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform planning, detail analyses and design.
• Prepare engineering reports, drawings, correspondences & presentations.
• Liaise/Communicate with draftsperson on engineering drawings.
• Prepare authority submissions and follow up till CCC.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with supervision team.
• Conduct site visits/inspection of works carried out.
• Liaise with Client, Contractors, 3rd party engineering firms, etc.
• Manage project documentation.
• Evaluate design calculations, drawings, method statement, material submissions, etc.
• Provide leadership, coordination and supervision of subordinates.
• Provide regular reports and updates to Superiors/Principal.
• Perform other duties as directed or assigned.

工作職責：

• 進行規劃、詳細分析和設計。
• 準備工程報告、圖紙、信件和簡報。
• 與繪圖員就工程圖進行聯絡/溝通。
• 準備當局提交的資料並跟進直至 CCC。
• 參加專案會議並與監督團隊協調。
• 對已進行的工程進行現場考察/檢查。
• 與客戶、承包商、第三方工程公司等聯絡。
• 管理專案文件。
• 評估設計計算、圖面、方法說明、材料提交等。
• 領導、協調和監督下屬。
• 定期向上級/校長提供報告和更新。
• 依指示或指派執行其他職務。
