JOB SUMMARY
Provide SAP configuration setup solution to optimize its functionality and align it with the specific business processes and effectively supports their operations requirement. This include defining organizational structures, specifying master data, setting up transactional data processes, and configuring system behavior.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with project core team members to develop solution for new processes or enhance existing processes to increase it’s efficiency and allow Jabil to stay in front of our competition from a supply chain management standpoint.
Forge successful relationships with the stakeholders and provide value based strategic assessment of current state follow with solution recommendation.
Actively engage with project team members to identify and understand pain points and deliver an effective lean solution.
Interfaces with the functional business teams and IT to conceptualize and assist in building valuable solutions.
Document, test and deploy solution and training documentation.
Establish metrics for evaluating successful process implementation.
Coordinate with users to address their concerns to ensure successful deployment.
Develop and implement an effective dashboard or metric pack for executive review at appropriate aggregation level using the most appropriate tool.
Facilitates communication as appropriate to all stakeholders including escalating issues to next level of management level.
Track, drive and communicate all changes and enhancements.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
