Job summary: The role in the procurement team is to undertake the daily administration on the Trust e-procurement systems. This included training and support for the end users of the system Job responsibilities: To administrate the Trust e-procurement system in an effective and efficient manner. To administrate the Trust e-catalogue system in an effective and efficient manner. To support and administrate end users requirements on the NHS Supply Chain system. You will support the Chief Financial Officer and the broader federal government agency through the central delivery of complex procurement services and advice. What you'll need to succeed

You must be able to apply practical, sound judgement in achieving procurement and commercial outcomes, understand opportunities and challenges that come from working within a small agency, and contribute to the broader effective operation of the Finance Branch and broader organisation.
You will engage in complex problem-solving and identify and manage complex and time-sensitive risks as part of delivering complex procurement services that will impact the Agency's strategic, political, financial, and operational outcomes.
You will also be responsible for building and actively managing key stakeholder relationships within and outside the Agency.
A formal qualification in procurement and/or contract management, or other relevant professional qualifications

The Technical Procurement Manager is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

Overview

The Head of Professional Services, Acceptance Solutions for AP is responsible for positioning Professional Services as a value proposition driver to enable Visa clients to innovate and transform their businesses by leveraging a host of solutions, services, and offerings available for use within the Acceptance Solutions ecosystem. This critical leadership role is vital in assisting Visa clients to meet their business objectives through a range of services (e.g., consulting, migration, management, integration, custom development, etc.) to simplify how clients integrate with our Acceptance Platform and accelerate the consumption of our services.

 

The leader will build strong relationships with our partners in Sales, Solutioning, Product Management, Technology and Client Services to develop the right Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for clients, co-create the right set of solutions that enable our clients to differentiate themselves, and ensure deals are structured for both our clients’ and Visa’s successes within the Asia Pacific regions. The leader should have prior experience and proven success developing business with critical financial institutions, processors, ISVs, PSPs, PayFacs, and merchants, growing the revenue within a region, and leveraging a dynamic operating model to advocate for the adoption of the host of solutions provided by the Professional Services team.

Role & Responsibilities

§ Transformational Leader to develop and execute effective GTM strategies and branding to promote the utilization of Professional Services to accelerate the change for payments acceptance in AP.

§ Manage Professional Services P&L for AP, including revenue projections, sales pipeline, and expense management.

§ Develop and grow a high-performing team, with unique payment industry knowledge, to support the success of Visa’s strategic clients.

§ Enhance Professional Services engagement model and pricing structure to drive global scale.

§ Collaborate and maintain strong cross-functional alignment with the Product Management, Technology, Architecture, Sales/Account Management, Client Services, and Finance teams to create/drive value for existing/new clients by accelerating and extending Visa Acceptance Solutions.

§ Work with Sales to curate and manage the demand pipeline to ensure that clients are successfully navigating the payment acceptance ecosystem to effectively derive business value. This includes accountability for the development and management of client project pipeline including the client proposals, estimates, statements of work and change requests.

§ Scale the book of business and revenue for Professional Services within AP regions.

§ Prepare and present sales and pricing proposals, and as required, negotiate contractual agreements to expand Professional Services offering.

§ Drive critical strategic discussions, and actions with a range of stakeholders across the organization, including executive management.

§ Function as a critical voice of client needs to inform Visa core product roadmap and investments.

§ Define playbook and deliver industry-leading platform extensions and product enhancements for Visa clients.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. This exciting new post will be the first Band 6 therapy role within the IPOCH team, reporting to the IPOCH team leader who holds an Occupational Therapy registration. The post will be based within the IPOCH hub, predominantly working within the community in both Pathway 1 and Pathway 2 to assess and review patients to ensure flow within the service, focusing on the Home First approach. • Balance the best of technical and product knowledge to craft solutions for customers

You'll need to have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Python, JavaScript, SQL and NoSQL
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a data engineering role or related fields such data quality, data modeling, or data architecture
• Business proficiency or above in Mandarin as the main coverage will be Chinese market
• Demonstrated experience in Data management and experience in building ETL pipelines
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant data technology field, or degree-equivalent qualifications
• 4+ years experience of experience related to ingesting and normalizing disseminated data across different sources
• Proficient in using Tech Stack such as Amazon S3, Lambda function, Kafka, Apache Airflow or Bloomberg Teck Stack in production environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, numerical proficiency and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a distributed team environment
• Ability to optimally communicate and present concepts and methodologies to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Marine Technical Purchasing Officer / Purchaser

Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6.30pm
Salary: $2800 - $4000
Location: Kim Seng Promenade (Nearest MRT: Great World)

Job Duties:

• Procurement, sourcing and purchase of vessels’ spare parts, supplies and services including preparation of relevant purchase orders and job orders to ensure proper supply for vessels.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order for Superintendents to review and determine the best offer among potential suppliers.
• Verify suppliers’ invoices against quotations and keeping track of vessels’ total expenditure against approved budgets. Verifies item received with items ordered; liaise and resolve with suppliers for mismatch item
• Monitor vessels’ movements, liaising with suppliers, masters and agents to ensure that supplies are delivered on board timely.
• Responsible for accurate record keeping, follow-up and filing of all stores and spares purchased for vessels.
• Actively follow up on vessels’ defect reports, arrangement of third party service vendors and docking issues etc.
• Coordinate closely with Technical Superintendent and shipboard officers.
• Co-ordinate with vessels on various technical matters as instructed by the Superintendents.
• Maintain and update vessels’ technical certificates and arrangement of renewals whenever required.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Technical Superintendents and or Technical Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holders with 2-3 years of purchasing experience preferably in Shipping industry
• Familiar with vessel records and certificates is added advantage
