• To study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;
• prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;

• To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates
• Quantity Surveying in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.
• Will be involved in budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Submit weekly and monthly project reports
• Determine construction labour and material needs
• Coordination with consultants, according construction drawing prepare material approval form.
• Follow up inspection ，hand over and ensure compliance to all authorities’ code and requirement.
• Handle construction minor project

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Project Manager with on and off site meeting
• Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects
• Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for [this position.
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.

Responsibilities:

Job description

• Identify requirements, design, and prepare detailed technical proposals, complete with system diagrams to propose innovative solutions to customers.
• Conduct compelling product & solution demonstrations and POC (proof of concept) to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Pro AV solutions, both at the company's facilities and client sites.
• Work closely with the sales, in-house product team, suppliers, and engineering teams to address technical inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless project implementation.
• Product & system configuration, testing and evaluation.
• Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to the enhancement of our offerings.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / Multimedia Technology / Audio Engineering or any other relevant field of studies.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as Project Engineer / Presales Engineer in Pro AV field.
• Engineer with knowledge and experience in Pro Audio is preferred.
• Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills to address client challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Display positive learning attitude and aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and working effectively within a team.
• Self-driven and able to work under stress and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly.
• Able to interpret drawing and identify discrepancy within all trades and come out with a solution.
• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and coordination of A&A works and ensure timely completion.
• To lead a team of supervisors & technicians to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.
• Manage end to end delivery of project through defined project scope, detailed project plan & seek stakeholder’s agreement for sign-off.
• Track project status to ensure delivery is on track and provide regular project updates.
• Able to handle a few minor projects concurrently.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a locally recognized diploma/ bachelor degree in Mechanical/ electrical engineering with strong knowledge on electrical installation.
• Proficient in use of Autocad software.
• Committed, positive attitude and able to handle projects independently.
