Duties and responsibilities

· Assist with sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials for all centres

· Facilitate the Tender Evaluation meeting with the pre-determined evaluation criteria and weightage

· Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors

· Responsible for the entire Procurement process, monitoring from Requirement Gathering to Release of Purchase Orders/ Letter of Award

· Manage project timeline, stakeholders and communications between end user and vendor.

· Assist procurement manager with vendor assessment

· Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker

· Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude

· Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

Diploma in Procurement or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Procurement
